Meet Doris Chaves Rodriguez who teaches 3rd and 4th grade students at Woodcrest Spanish Immersion. Doris focuses on creating global citizens in her classroom so that each student succeeds not only academically, but also learns life-long lessons such as responsibility and inclusivity.
Meet Matt Proulx who teaches kindergarten at Woodcrest Spanish Immersion. Matt is passionate about bringing a love for learning into his classroom each day to set a solid foundation for his students. By doing this, kindergarteners find joy in both learning and being at school from the very beginning of their academic journey.
Meet Principal Jaime Nymann who works hard to create an environment at Woodcrest Spanish Immersion where students become bilingual and bi-literate global citizens. She is excited to help the program grow and develop into the best program it can be.
Spring Lake Park High School graduation is Friday, June 9 at 7 p.m. at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in St. Paul.
