Welcome to Westwood Intermediate and Middle School! We are a vibrant learning community serving Spring Lake Park Schools' students in grades 5-8.
While all under one roof, Westwood has separate programs and spaces for grades 5-6 intermediate students and grades 7-8 middle school students.
Each student at Westwood Intermediate and Middle School is known by name, strength, interest and need, leading to personalized student work and learning experiences.
Many portions of Westwood Intermediate and Middle School have been redesigned to provide flexible learning environments that allow teachers to meet the varied needs and interests of students.
Students coming to Westwood from Woodcrest Spanish Immersion can continue their learning through Westwood’s immersion programming.

Panther student-athletes Anneka Clark, Jaxon Fenn, Mason Johnson, Makenna Leik, Natalie Nusbaum, Derek Sonmore and Lauren Woodford participated in Signing Day on Wednesday, May 15 and committed to play their sport at the collegiate level.
Spring Lake Park Schools uses Infinite Campus Parent Portal to provide online access to secure and timely information about class schedules, attendance, report cards and transcripts. On Sunday, June 30, 2019 the Campus Portal app will be removed and replaced with two mobile apps: Campus Parent and Campus Student.

Mona Perkins has been selected as the next principal of Park Terrace Elementary School. Perkins is replacing Kim Fehringer, who recently accepted a position in the district’s educational services department.
