Discover Westwood
Westwood Intermediate and Middle School offers elementary and middle school programming under one roof. Classrooms for grades 5-6 are on one end of the building and classrooms for grades 7-8 are on the other end. At Westwood, the Spring Lake Park Schools approach to personalized learning continues as teachers tailor learning experiences to student strengths, interests and needs.
Students have their first opportunities to engage in choir and band experiences, theater, honors and elective courses (grades 7-8) as well as the continuation of Spanish Immersion programming. Different transportation routes and start and end times for intermediate (grades 5-6) and middle school (grades 7-8) students the distinct models of learning.
