Broken, lost or stolen?

The damaged iPad must be presented to the school office or media center. A police report must be filed if theft occurred. The parent and student will be required to complete a claim form and pay the deductible.

Every effort will be made to immediately replace the iPad with the same model of the damaged or stolen one. If the same model is not available, the student may receive an older model iPad.
