Login information

  • Your User Name is:  Your 1st initial, last name & parent ID #
    • Example: Jane Doe is jdoe123456
    • If you need to confirm your user name, email jswene@district16.org
  • If you need to ​​​​​​reset your password, click here to visit our Password Portal
    • Note, you will need to have a school district user name and a valid email address in Campus Parent Portal, as a verification code will be sent to your email

View balances and meal activity

  1. Click on "Food Service" along the left-hand side

View pin numbers

  1. Click "Select a Student" and choose which student's information you want to view
  2. Click on "Food Service Pin Number" along the left-hand side
  3. The "Value" is the pin number entered by the account holder to access their meal account to make a purchase

Make a one time payment

  1. Click on "Payments" along the left-hand side
  2. Scroll down under the grey bar that says "Food Service Account"
  3. Enter a payment amount next to the student you want to add funds for
    • Please note, the minimum is $10
  4. Click the blue "Continue" button to add a credit card or select one you already have on file

Setup a recurring payment

  1. Click on "Payments" along the left-hand side
  2. Scroll down under the grey bar that says "Recurring Payments"
  3. Click the blue "Add button" next to the student you want to setup recurring payments for
  4. On the next screen, you can select or add:
    • the frequency the recurring payment happens, either monthly or if there is a low balance
    • a start and end date for the recurring payment
    • the payment amount you want added to the account
    • an email address where the receipt will be sent
    • your payment method
  5. Click the blue "Save" button

Additional Payment Methods

Cash

If you send cash with your child please place it in a sealed envelope and write your child's complete name, grade, and student ID or cafeteria PIN number on the envelope. Cash is deposited into your child's account the same day it is received. Send cash at your own risk, cash is not preferred due to the inability to trace payments. Nutrition Services is not responsible for lost/stolen cash payments.

Personal Check

If you send a check with your child please place it in a sealed envelope and write your child's complete name, grade, and student ID or key pad number on the envelope.

  • Checks are deposited into your child's account the same day it is received by the kitchen manager
  • Make the check payable to: Spring Lake Park Schools
  • Write students' full name and student ID or key pad number in the memo area of the check
  • Write the check amount clearly
