Summer Meals

Free breakfast and lunch for all children ages 1-18

Spring Lake Park Schools' Nutrition Services Department is excited to announce for the eighth consecutive year we will participate in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost to all children ages 1-18 at Park Terrace Elementary School and is not limited to Spring Lake Park Schools’ students, up to the capacity of the facility.

Program details:

  • No application required
  • Location: Park Terrace Elementary School – Main Entrance, 8301 Terrace Rd NE, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432
  • Date: Monday, June 11-Thursday, August 23; Monday-Thursday (closed July 4) 
  • Times:
    • Breakfast 8:30-9:30 a.m. 
    • Lunch 12:15-1 p.m.

The program is available from the USDA and is based on the number of students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. The program’s purpose is to make meals available to area children who may otherwise not eat properly or often enough.
