SLP Online - grades 9-12
The high school experience provides students choice in the time, place, path and pace of their learning as they develop both academic and life competencies aligned to state standards.
Learning is facilitated primarily through asynchronous, “on demand,” learning experiences. Some virtual “live” sessions and/or small group learning experiences may also be defined for each course. Each student is assigned a learning advocate, a Spring Lake Park High School teacher, who checks in with students and families frequently to understand a student’s progress and provide direct learning support.
Enrollment
Comprehensive - full time
Students can enroll in SLP Schools Online (grades 9-12) full time (comprehensive), but first need to meet with Matthew Boucher to confirm availability for the trimester. Please note that if you are interested in enrolling full time, you cannot be enrolled in any other Minnesota public school. You must first withdraw from your current school prior to enrolling in SLP Schools Online full time.
Supplemental - part time
Students attending other school districts in Minnesota can stay enrolled at their home district and enroll part time in SLP Schools Online (supplemental). If you are interested in Supplemental enrollment, print and complete the following enrollment paperwork. You should also contact Matthew Boucher to confirm that we can offer the course you are looking for.
