More than 160 students from the Classes of 2022, 2021 and 2020 were awarded their first-, second- and third-year academic letters for the 2018-2019 school year at a ceremony and breakfast in their honor.
Three members of the Spring Lake Park High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) chapter earned gold ratings at the national competition held June 30-July 1 in Anaheim, California.
Hannah and Sophia Anderson represented the Spring Lake Park High School Opportunities in Emergency Care (OEC) program at the 42nd Annual Health Occupations Students of America International Leadership Conference (HOSA ILC) in Orlando, Florida in June, winning first and earning OEC their third world championship in four years.
To wrap up their Economics unit, second grade Park Terrace students presented their innovative prototypes in the form of shark tank presentations to staff, students and Spring Lake Park High School Business and Entrepreneurship students on Tuesday, June 4.
