Meet Principal Lindsay Johnson

Lindsay is starting her first year as principal at Park Terrace for the 2024-2025 school year. She has been a Spring Lake Park Panther for 19 years. She started as a kindergarten and first grade teacher, has been an instructional coach and most recently a learning and innovation coordinator leading successful districtwide initiatives. Lindsay was based at Park Terrace 2018-2021, and during her time there, made deep connections with students and staff. 

Lindsay is amazing with kids. She is also a strong, caring and visible leader and a fierce advocate and supporter of teachers. She is excited to return to Park Terrace and to see how much the kids have grown since she's been there every day. She is also excited to see how far Park Terrace has come on their journey toward innovative and personalized learning and to support what comes next.

In addition to being a proud Panther, Lindsay is also a Gopher. She has her bachelor's, master's and administrative license from the University of Minnesota. She is married to Nick and they have two beautiful children who are six and three.
