Students interested in an all-day language immersion experience have an opportunity to participate in the Spanish Immersion Camp at the National Sports Center (NSC) in Blaine.
The submissions are in, and 19 Spring Lake Park Schools educators have been nominated for the 2018-2019 SLP Teachers United, Teachers of the Year award.
At the March 5 regular school board meeting, the Spring Lake Park Lions Club presented the district with a check for $10,000 to be used to support mental health services for students in the district.

Park Terrace Principal Kim Fehringer has accepted a new role as a coordinator in the educational services department. Along with other assignments, she will oversee gifted and talented services. She will continue to serve as principal at Park Terrace through the 2018-2019 school year and will begin her new position July 1, 2019.
The Panther Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising money to support Spring Lake Park Schools, raised more than $140,000 during its 15th annual gala “Jewel of the North” on Saturday, February 23.
To improve the overall experience for users on our guest wireless network, the Technology Services Department will be making some changes to the PantherGuest network. These changes will allow visitors to more easily connect to and use our guest network, while still protecting our staff, students and community users.
