"I’m proud to be a Panther because of all the opportunities the school offers. Because of the Pathway programs, I was able to find my passion for medicine. “Lighthouse is a place that redefined what public school and learning looked like to us as parents; a place for students with unique qualities and challenges can come to grow and learn and decide who they want to be in this world.” - Jessica Wallerstedt, Lighthouse parent

Student Anthony Philavanh fostered a natural interest in technology through pathways classes at Spring Lake Park High School. "I think the technology pathway is so broad. There are so many different things that you could use it for. Cyber engineering. It all ties into computer science because you have to understand the principles of how each thing works. No matter what major I might choose in college, it all ties together." Anthony Philavanh, junior

"I am #SLPPantherProud when I see the sense of community, wealth of support and passion from all the staff. They show their dedication to education daily and it motivates me.” Hoang Truong, Speech Language Pathologist

"To have a strong sense of community, that community needs to be filled with individuals with great character. I’ve always been proud to say I’m a teacher and a coach at SLP, because I know what stands behind it.” Andy Stephenson, Social Studies and Football Coach

"Teachers have a great awareness of each student and how they learn. They will challenge students at every turn. Challenge them to learn and challenge them to think." - Michael Dempsey, parent
