Senior All Night Party

The SLP 2019 Senior All-Night Party (SANP) will be at Bowlero immediately following the graduation ceremony on June 7 , 2019 from 10 p.m.- 5 a.m. Students are locked-in for the night with unlimited bowling, laser tag, arcade games, pizza/pasta/wings buffet and breakfast buffet, as well as SANP favorites – the casino, salon, old time photos, caricatures, and a hilarious hypnotist performance. There are many exciting things to do in this festive, music-filled, party atmosphere. Transportation will be provided from the High School and students will not be allowed to drive themselves (per Bowlero policy).

Fundraising and Volunteers

The Senior All Night Party is all-volunteer effort, and it takes organization and effort by a team of individuals who are willing to help raise the funds necessary to host a successful party. Registration fees cover less than 50% of the $30,000 event costs, and each year the committee must raise about $15,000 to cover the costs of transportation, hypnotist, casino, prizes and other evening entertainment activities. Please take a moment to see what you can do to help.

Prize donations: Dozens of prizes are raffled off throughout the nights, with the goal of every student winning something.  Due to changing student interests, the best prize donations are cash (so the committee can purchase prizes) and gift cards. Gift cards in the $15-$25 price range for restaurants (Applebees, Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings), gas stations (SuperAmerica, Holiday), or stores like Best Buy, Target or Walmart are preferred.  Please contact Julie Vandenbrook at with questions or to arrange drop off.  Please consider a prize donation today.

Event Night Volunteers: We need about 50 volunteers to help staff the actual event.  To sign up for a slot, contact Brian Albers (

Join the committee and provide your expertise to help raise funds and coordinate the event.  We meet monthly at the Bowlero. Contact Julie Vandenbrook for more details. (

2019 SANP Planning Committee Monthly Meetings

All meetings take place from 6–7 p.m. at Bowlero's at the tables near the bowling area and bar or in a reserved room.

  • Sunday, January 6
  • Sunday, March 3
  • Sunday, April 7
  • Sunday, May 5
  • Sunday, June 2

  • $85 before May 15 – see link below
  • $100 after May 15

The cost is $85 if the student registers by May 15.  Late registrations (after May 15) require a lot of extra effort by the volunteer committee, so the cost increases to $100.  From experience, students will feel the grad-day excitement and discover their friends are going – and then will want to go at the last minute. We can only accommodate a few graduation day sign-ups because we purchase prizes, pre-order casino chips and arcade games cards, order t-shirts etc. based on our registered number, so to guarantee your student a spot AND save money, register before May 15.

You can download the registration form and return it with payment to the High School office or by mail (see the form for the address).

We want every student who wants to attend to be able to attend.  If financial help is needed, please have student talk to their Dean about a partial fee waiver.  We have limited scholarship donations that help can help offset the cost.
