The Spring Lake Park High School football team is moving onto the State Tournament after defeating Robbinsdale Cooper 28-21 in the Section 5-5A Championship on Friday.
The Panthers will play Coon Rapids in the Class 5A State Quarterfinal game on Saturday, November 9 at noon at Osseo High School.
Pre-sale tickets are now available and cost $11 for adults and $7 for students. Students are considered K-12 grade and there is not a discount for senior citizens. Pre-sale tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis. It is not a requirement to purchase tickets in advance, but it will save students and families time on Saturday.
Pre-sale ticket dates, times and locations:
- Thursday, November 7, 7:15-8:15 a.m., SLPHS Rotunda
- Thursday, November 7, 11:36 a.m.-1 p.m., SLPHS Cafeteria (Please note, pre-sale tickets during lunch will be available only for students to purchase.)
- Friday, November 8, 7:15-8:15 a.m., SLPHS Rotunda
If the Panthers advance, they would play Saturday, November 16 at 7 p.m. at U.S. Bank Stadium against the winner of Chaska and Mahtomedi.
