Spring Lake Park Schools facilities are available for members of the community or businesses to use within the guidelines established by the school board. These facilities include classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, pool, the Fine Arts Center, and more. Users must comply with district policies and procedures. Community Education uses an online reservation system called Eleyo. You can use this system to view the availability of school conference rooms, gyms, Fine Arts Center, classrooms, athletic fields and more prior to making a reservations request. Facilities must be reserved at least two weeks in advance.
Outside organizations using the school district premises are required to furnish a certificate confirming liability insurance in the minimum amount of $500,000 per person and $1,500,000 per occurrence. We also require that District 16 be named as the certificate holder. If an insurance certificate is not provided by renter at least 5 business days before event the permit will be revoked.
The use of a kitchen must be arranged through the school's kitchen manager and the Spring Lake Park Nutrition Services office at 763-600-5041.
