Homecoming Week is filled with spirit-filled events for students, families, staff and the community. Cheer on the Panthers in several events throughout Homecoming Week, September 30-October 4.

Monday, September 30

Powder Puff Football Game

Junior and senior girls will play a Powder Puff football game beginning at 5:45 p.m. at the Panther Stadium. Admission is free.

Coronation

The Coronation will take place at 7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center. Tickets will be sold at the door for $1 for everyone, parents included.

Friday, October 4

Friday is a great day for community participation with a tailgating event and parade preceding the big Homecoming football game with the Panthers playing against North High School.

Due to limited space, only high school students and staff can attend the SLPHS pep fest. Thank you for your understanding.

Tailgate and Parade

Enjoy food, booths and fun outside the SLPHS main entrance rotunda from 4:30-6:30 p.m. This is a fundraising event for groups and clubs. The parade begins at 5:30 p.m. if enough floats are entered.

Panther Football Game

The Panther Football Game is at 7 p.m. in the Panther Stadium when the Panthers take on the North High School Polars. Tickets for the game can be purchased at the tailgate party. Gates open at 6 p.m.

Ticket Prices

• $7.00 – Adults
• $5.00 – Students in grades 1-8
• Free – SLPHS students with a proper school ID
• Free - Senior citizen 65+ and children in kindergarten and younger
   

Casual Dance

A casual dance for SLPHS students will be held in the SLPHS cafeteria from 8-11 p.m.  Students must purchase tickets during lunch the week of September 30th-October 4th; they will receive a wristband at lunch on Friday, October 4 that will provide entry to the dance that night. No tickets will be sold at the door. The Causal Dance is for SLPHS students only.

Panther Store Sale

The Panther Store is having a Homecoming Sale on Saturday, September 28-Friday, October 4, 2019. This is a great time to stock up on your Spring Lake Park gear and show off your Panther Pride. There will be a 20 percent discount on everything in the store and online.

Visit the Panther Store located at Spring Lake Park High School between the Fine Arts Center and the Athletic Wing. There will be special store hours for Homecoming Week:

• Saturday, September 28: 9-11 a.m. during the Panther Carnival
• Monday, September 30: 3-5 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 1: 3-5 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 2: 3-5 p.m.
• Thursday, October 3: 3-5 p.m.
• Friday, October 4: 6 p.m.-half at the Panther Football game. Look for the pop-up shop in the Panther Stadium. Weather permitting.
