What teacher or teachers have had the biggest impact on your educational journey and why?
Mrs. Mohr and Mr. Guzy have had a lasting impact on my education. They have taught me to love learning and see the world in a different light. Mrs. Mohr's stories about her travels have kept me engaged in class and made me want to learn more about the world. The skills they taught me about how to study and keep motivated in school are ones I will carry for the rest of my life.

What are your plans after graduation?
I plan on studying Financial Management at the University of Minnesota

How has Spring Lake Park Schools prepared you for your future?
They have given me the resources and tools to become a better person. I've had the advantage of being taught by great teachers who have always had my success in mind. When I wanted to start my own club, my teachers and peers gave me helpful tips and helped my dream come to fruition. Taking responsibility at a young age helped me learn important skills that have positively impacted my future. SLP has helped me hone my skills and become who I am today.

What advice do you have for incoming ninth grade or students new to Spring Lake Park High School?
Participate in clubs and sports because you will meet friends and learn about your passions. Also, make sure to work hard in school because your grades are important and will help shape your future. Lastly, always make sure you have an extra sweatshirt and snacks in your locker. You will thank me later.
