"My purpose as a coach is to help develop resiliency, responsibility, compassion, and respect in my athletes. My purpose is to help each dancer develop necessary skills to be successful in themselves by utilizing the four character skills as well as developing their abilities to be positive teammates to one another for the common goal of the entire team and the dance program."
