As the Spring Lake Park coaches, we take pride in our holistic approach to coaching the young women of our program. We not only strive to help our dancers reach their maximum skill level, but also focus our efforts on creating young women of character.
We teach determination, dedication, responsibility, self-advocacy, and poise. We hold our dancers to the highest standards in the classroom, in our community, and on the dance floor. As coaches, we are constantly learning and improving our leadership skills, technical knowledge, and teaching abilities. We are thankful to be a part of the Spring Lake Park Dance Team community.
SLPDT Coaching Staff Mission Statement:

We are dedicated to building a program that is consistently growing, by developing our dancers' skill and character.
