Over-Speed Treadmill

Over-Speed Treadmill Training is a six week program available to those signed up for the Panther Weight Room and in good standing with the program (attendance, work ethic). The program is designed to run twice a week for a total of six weeks (12 sessions). 

*The overspeed treadmill program is an extension of the Panther Weight Room. All MSHSL and Spring Lake Park Schools rules and regulations apply.
