The Individual Student Report (ISR) of scores from the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment (MCA) and/or ACCESS for English Learners' assessments are distributed to families each fall. Below are resources to help parents understand the reports.

Request a paper copy
If you do not have access to email, or would prefer to receive a paper copy, please request a paper copy in one of the following ways:
- Request a meeting with your school’s dean and they will provide and explain the report to you
- Contact your child’s school and request a paper copy be mailed to you
- Contact your child’s school and request a paper copy be made available for pick-up at your school by the child’s parent or guardian
