StudentsWhat is Accountability?
In the Spring Lake Park School District, accountability is about aligning the daily work of our staff around continuously improving student learning, and then sharing progress with parents and community members. It is about using data, research, training, results, reporting, and two-way communication.

At the beginning of each school year, teachers face a roomful of new students with unique learning needs. The challenge and opportunity we have is to personalize learning that will result in the success of each student. We engage in ongoing improvement efforts which involve examining our practices, processes, and results, and then identifying student and professional learning needs at the district and school levels.
