The Okee Dokee Brothers - Justin Lansing and Joe Mailander - two days after collecting their Grammy Award

Two days after winning the Grammy Award for Best Children's Album in Los Angeles, the Okee Dokee Brothers rocked the cafeteria at a kids' concert for Early Childhood Program families of the Spring Lake Park School District.

Students in Spring Lake Park High School's Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) program competed in the January 29 regional competition. As a result, students will be headed to the state competition in April to compete in five events.

The Spring Lake Park High School math team placed second in the North Suburban Division of the 2012-13 Math League season, placing higher than teams including Totino-Grace, Irondale, Centennial, and Monticello.

Spring Lake Park's Math League performance qualifies the team for the Math League State Tournament which will be held Monday, March 11 at South St. Paul High School. This marks the second time in the past three years that a Spring Lake Park High School math team has competed at the state level, and 14th time in the past 20 years.

Swim-dive team celebrates following its Section 4A True Team championship performance.

The boys swimming and diving team from Spring Lake Park High School is champion of the North Suburban Conference. The team completed its conference schedule on Feb. 7 with a 7-0 record. The team will compete next on February 19 and 21 at the Section 4A swimming and diving meet at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul.

Previously, the team captured the 2013 Section 4A True Team championship following its performance on Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Spring Lake Park pool.
