Adult Basic Education Adult Basic Education is provided by Spring Lake Park Schools Community Education and North Metro Adult Basic Education. Classes take places at the Metro North Learning Lab, Human Services Center of Anoka County, 1201 89th Ave. NE, in Blaine. Call 763-783-4870. Adult Basic Education (ABE) Prepare and take your high school equivalency test. It's never too late. Classes run continuously throughout the school year and are FREE. Certified teachers specializing in adult basic education will help you develop a personal learning plan that suits your needs, schedule and learning style. GED Preparation
GED classes for adults who do not have a high school diploma and want to prepare for GED test. Reading, writing, and math classes for adults out of school who want to improve basic skills.
