Adult Basic Education

Adult Basic Education is provided by Spring Lake Park Schools Community Education  and North Metro Adult Basic Education. Classes take places at the Metro North Learning Lab, Human Services Center of Anoka County, 1201 89th Ave. NE, in Blaine.  Call 763-783-4870.

English as a Second Language (ESL)

Prepare and take your high school equivalency test.  It's never too late.  Classes run continuously throughout the school year and are FREE.  Certified teachers specializing in adult basic education will help you develop a personal learning plan that suits your needs, schedule and learning style. Adult Diploma Program

Basic Skills
Improve your math, reading, and writing skills.  Classes run continuously throughout the school year.  Classes are FREE. For information, call Metro North Adult Basic Education 783-4870.

ESL
English as a Second Language classes for foreign-born adults are free and continuous at the Human Service Center of Anoka County.  For information, call 763-783-4870.

US Citizenship
Study online for the US citizenship test (free for anyone living in Minnesota)  http://www.uscitizenship.org/
 
 GED Preparation
