Spring Lake Park Youth Hockey

The Spring Lake Park Youth hockey program is our local hockey association for kids living in School District 16. This is the foundation for our high school program and where the majority of our players come from. The program offers very competitive traveling teams at the Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam levels. They also have an initiation program at the Mite level (Grades K through 3) where kids get introduced to the great game of hockey at an affordable rate while gaining great instruction from a full-time skills instructor.   For more information on the Spring Lake Park Youth hockey program, please vist their web site at: Spring Lake Park Youth Hockey

Fogerty Arena

Fogerty Arena, located in Blaine, MN, is the home rink of Spring Lake Park Panther Hockey.  It is located 3 miles north of the high school, one block in off of Hwy 65. (just below the Blaine water tower).    Area Map

Fogerty arena is one of the top high school hockey facilities in the state of Minnesota, with 2 sheets of ice.  The south rink has a capacity of around 2,000 people and is where the Panthers play the majority of their games.  The newer north rink seats around 800 and is also used for a game or 2 a season.

Both the boy's and girl's hockey teams at Spring Lake Park High School have their own perminate locker rooms at Fogerty Arena, big enough to accomadate both the JV and Varsity teams.  Coaches also have their own perminate locker room.

What makes Fogerty Arean a unique and special facility is the off-ice training facility that is located between the North and South rink.  This facility is equiped with a large weight area, 4 shooting stations, a stickhandling specific area and a hockey specific training area (russian boxes, slide boards, plyo boxes, agility ladders and stationary bikes).
